Bride Blog - Mary & Pauls Wedding Day

Mary and Pauls Wedding Day

Mary and Paul have shared their incredible wedding day pictures with us and we could not wait to share them with you! This loved up couple, met eleven years ago in the gym and by looking at these photos you would swear it was just yesterday. Mary really made her dress unique by creating an amazing bow, which added that extra wow to her unforgettable look! We are so grateful to Mary for sharing this little insight to their wedding day, enjoy!

What was the most fun part of your wedding day?

Loved the morning, getting ready with my bridesmaids. Later on I loved the DJ at the very end of the night, when we could relax and party with all of our friends.

What kind of ceremony did you guys have?

Church Wedding

What was your overall wedding style?

Simple & elegant

What was your experience searching for your wedding dress?

Excellent, only visited Love Ellie and bought my dress that day.

How did you know it was THE ONE?

I knew I wanted something plain & flowy and liked the idea of having a bow or something to make the dress stand out. Debbie suggested I make changes to a dress myself and helped me to envision how I could elevate a dress with extra material. When I tried on the dress, I felt confident and also felt like myself in it so I knew once I made some changes I would be happy with it :)

What other accessories did you we wear?

Earrings - One Dame Lane,

A hair piece from Everly

A feather jacket for outdoor pictures borrowed from a friend!

If you could give brides-to-be one piece of advice what it be?

Enjoy the day as much as you can, it goes by so quickly. Spend time with your guests where you get a chance. Try to get your pictures done and dusted so you can enjoy some time at your reception drinks. The morning is such a lovely time getting ready with your bridal party, get the music on and enjoy one or two drinks with your bridesmaids.
